Down here (well in NZ anyway) they were just called Z900.

The 1973 and 1974 models were "B" and they had the single from disc.
The 1975 model was the "C" and had twin front discs and also had the dubious honour of being the first bike in NZ to have a retail price of $2000.00.
I can remember at the time people saying "Who the hell is going to pay $2000 for a motorcycle". A GT750 Suzuki was around $1600 and I had just paid $745 for my brand new TS185L, the first model with a 21" front wheel and alloy fork tubes!
