The answer to the true meaning of Fuzzy's random pocket doo-hickey may reside in Minyip, unfortunately we may never know as Fuzzy was a no show...

P1050747-XL.jpg

Back roads led us to Horsham.

The new publican has been doing up the pub room by room.

I took the Tour Master's room...

P1050755-XL.jpg

Everyone had their own room. All rooms freshly painted with new beds/linen. A bargain at $35 each.

P1050780-XL.jpg

While most celebrated beer o'clock I took in the town.

I reckon it'll be a long wait for the next passenger service.

My tour of town was delayed when two dudes in a modern Mercedes made a hasty stop and opened the conversation with....

...are you with the bike riders from Melbourne....?

We was famous. :woot:

Minyip appears to be doing it pretty tough. Most shops in main street appear long closed.

P1050775-XL.jpg

P1050776-XL.jpg

Back at the open pub, it was time for dinner.

A bright n early Sunday started with deep geopolitical discussions....:bs

P1050784-XL.jpg

Meanwhile, the peak hour traffic built up.

P1050781-XL.jpg

Already enjoying blue skies.

P1050786-XL.jpg

Plan was to make Donald for breakfast. Unfortunately, no electricity in town until noon.

P1050795-XL.jpg

Not to worry. Charlton is only down the road. Nope. No power there.

Maybe Boort....

P1050796-XL.jpg

Nope.

It was no apparent, most of us did not have enough fuel to make Echuca

While the others consulted google, I took the chance to play a little.

It seems it's only the model of Kawasaki that changes....

We decided to roll the dice and head for Pyramid Hill.

Success :woot:

P1050799-XL.jpg

Into Echuca for overpriced and very average burgers.

P1050801-XL.jpg

Paddle steamer.

Lots of straight roads and it was time for icey poles with the painted cows of Murchison.

P1050805-XL.jpg

P1050804-XL.jpg

P1050806-XL.jpg

Nev took the lead to a wonky bridge and final fuel at Seymour.

P1050808-XL.jpg

The Strath Creek general store. Did Nev have a parma there recently....

P1050811-XL.jpg

We split to head for home at Kinglake West.

P1050813-XL.jpg

Trip distance: 1,200km approx. for me.
