Fuel in Monbulk

After years of gas stations closing it seems that we are in a period of new ones opening now.

There is now a nice new Caltex (Woolworths) on the left before the roundabout as you enter Monbulk from Belgrave. It will be a handy spot to fill up for anybody heading through there to places north or east.

There is also a rumour that there will be a new unmanned station built on the old Caltex site in Kallista within the next 6 months or so.

Good to know...and even better to see.
While at it, the old Tremont Milk Bar/ servo site has been re-developed after years of temp-fencing and also turned into a functioning Caltex again. Mt. Dandy area seems to be blooming :)

Yes they have been open 3 or 4 months and their prices are quite competitive most of the time. Business seems good there are always cars in there.
In the little cafe area they even have USB power outlets for those who need to recharge. :)

Just from a perspective of computer security, never plug your phone or other devices into any USB outlet you don't own or control.

bloody good advise this, not sure you will have to worry about a little cafe in Monbulk but still

get one of these, it cuts the data link from your USB lead to only the power is connected to your phone
