Not before time, we hit the gravel roads. Strangely, there were no cyclists on this side of the hill.



The day was heating up fast, I couldn't see the Rainforest for the trees.



Brad is itching to get going... he's ready for a race start.



The XT patiently waiting for it's rider to stop faffing around...



These are some of the trees that stop your view of the rainforest, really someone should move them.

Kinda glad I'm not a FOX !



I did warn this large Victorian jumping mouse though..



But he was having none of it as he bounced off into the scrub.

We stopped to have lunch overlooking Buxton





It was nice to ride Lady Talbot Drive without crashing or skating on the ice that was there the last time I rode here.

Nice photos Doug. I dont know about anyone else, but my legs are a bit sore today. Note to self, must do more leg exercises. Or go for more rides!
