Where beer is BEER...
and men are....:doh:arrrgh, shyte, forget it!!

Another bloody cracking co-production of the OpenRoaders and AusTouring crews :slobb containing LOTS of good riding, speccy countryside, laughs 'til the gut hurts, one-liners to live forever, big kudos to TimSF for setting it up and making it all happen...Willo, Fuzz, Faz et all...KICK yerselves for missing this one!!:doh:

A P-plater on a screaming Kwak 250 cruiser (Allan?) with ants in his pants (not THAT Ants!!:killingme) just about killing the little thing, a few two-up rigs under strange and unfamiliar shapes and colours, some Walhalla where the sun-don't-shine and yet more narrow, twisty slippery-as-hell pebble roads near Lake Glenmaggie....the folks of the Bruthen Pub...and a 6pack of awesome "chicks" to make it perfect.:clap:

WHOWWW!!

AND BEER!! :glu:glu

Oooooch, McGregor....
Some sweeet pics to come :bs

Following a last minute flurry of jump ons and cancellations, we ended up with 15 overnighting with Big Rob joining us to morning tea.

Most followed me on a roady route, two adventured their way to Bruthen and one made an afternoon dash along the hwy in the family car.

Matt looking flash with his new bike.

This dude supervised our morning tea while we tried to figure out how the owners chose to call it the Red Parrot Café...

Next time in Noojee must remember to try the milk bar/takeaway across the road. Old nonna has installed an espresso machine and is offering some tasty looking home treats.

Through the forest to Hill End, fuel at Tyers and into Glengarry for lunch.

Nannas chicken pie and the chicken pesto pie got rave reviews.

An afternoon of back roads had us in Bruthen bang on beer o'clock.

The adventurers had a good head start on the roadies....:bs

A fairly quiet night with the last strays finding their beds around 11pm.

Some exploring to keep things interesting and the ants pants dance in Briagolong for laughs as we largely retraced the afternoon back to Tyers.

While riding along at 100km/h a yellow Super Tenere pulled along side and started handing out boiled lollies....W-)

Into Walhalla for lunch.

Time for the vertigo to get a check.

After smoko at Noojee it was on to Glengarry for lunch. Delicious pies, well worth a day ride imho!
