Yes, Europe's crawling with them.
Then again, it's crawling with all sorts and types of bikes. Never seen so many bike-rental places as along the German and Polish Baltic Coast a couple of years back.

As long as they have enough security guards around...

Isn't there a kit with a sound-generator for the total 2-stroke experience around?
