-6 here and frosty last night, Guyra is the highest point on this rock.

hahaha the Tasmanians think just because they're closer to the pole they get the coldest weather ! I think it'd get much colder in Guyra than anywhere in Tas (maybe except from the top of Mt Wellington). When we stayed in Ebor a few years back we had to park Jo's BMW in the sun for half an hour in the morning to thaw the fuel lines out enough to start.

Really anywhere further inland and higher altitudes with likely snow fall is going to be quite nippy.

Seems like Charlotte Pass is the coldest place in Aus with constant recordable temperatures and highest elevated permanent settlement

I have never experienced snow in any way shape or form, lets hope that record stays intact next weekend as I am riding down the new england.
