That is a great pic loxsmith. Is the road surface there just all that stuff graded a bit ?

The majority of the road is what I call good dirt with the odd bull dust patch to get your attention. We did strike a sandy section approx. 20km in length that tested our low speed crash techniques. ie get your bloody leg out as it goes down. A mate of mine had an FJR1300 on the same ride, a true legend!! I have a pic of it on it's side having a rest somewhere. The ice cold beer at the Innamincka pub was well earnt.

A good front knobby would have made all the difference, maybe next time!
