Here's the kick-off...still sorting Goodie's crop of pics.

All on time...and all dry at the start.

Da Fuzz doing some last-minute practicing...just in case

A boring drone down the Princess Hwy past Traralgon to make some distance quickly and get the commuting out of the way for the weekend.

Toongabbie

Via the backtracks onto the Licola Rd. for the run north...

While the twisties turned sweet, the skies turned black...

Near the South Rd/ Mt. Selma Rd. turnoff...heading into the roiling + broiling cold-front that's pushing across the Vic High Country.

If I can find the lookout it, I'll stop, promise!

The fog just blanks out everything, sights and sounds alike. Somewhere there were some magnificent views, somewhere there was Mt. Skene....somewhere there were some tress and bends and lots of other stuff. The only thing that was really there were the next 5-10 meters, lots of rocky and bouncy stuff and reddish slop squishing all over the place, the occasional slip 'n slide or careful stop to check where the road actually is.

Dropping into a dry patch at Jamieson...dry from above that is.
The skies are still pitchblack ahead...for us turning north-east on the backroads to Tolmie....as well as for Ant heading back to Melbourne for the night, meeting up again in Myrtleford the next day.

I dunno. When the cloud and fog closed in I'd rather have been someplace else.
