Yes, thanks Pete. I had a very enjoyable afternoon after missing the start due to hiding under the doona.
Great to catch up with everyone again, and nice to meet Ash for the first time.

Default Winter Sparkle

FINALLY!!
A crispycrunchy-white winter morning turning into a cracker of a day.
Starting in Upwey in Melbourne's East, going the "long way" to the Gladysdale Bakery, cameras at the ready.

Thanks to all who came along on a FREEZING morning and those who joined up at the bakery lateron for the return....deserted roads, magic country
and a slow tootle with all the time in the world brought out the essence of "ADV-touring"

A frozen-white morning out the back of The Basin....

Don't wake me up...just let me dream

Bloody-quacka-cold-feet, I tellsya

A promise made....

Hughes St., Tremont....that's "art" I can live with!! Bird-House, Letterbox??? No idea.
Just check the detail!!

Yes, it was narrow...and wet...and dirty....and slooow.

The steeeep dip down Ryans Rd....

....and the opposite climb.

Along the ridges of Gembrook and Cockatoo....the Kinglake Ridge in the background
