Weather was perfect. Blue skies, but cold at night. Very busy, caravans everywhere. Lovely spot, maybe a different weekend next year could be considered. Went Thursday, came back today. Early night for me.

Derek did go in his camper, I must admit, I am pretty much over this tent thing



Friday morning.




As usual many sidecars, lots of Urals which all look the same, and now for something different..





His dog likes it apparently.



Saturday morning was brisk.





Didn't win anything at the raffle, as usual.

Went home via some Silo Art spots looking for caches, got some wins there anyway.




As I said before, great weather, very busy at the camping area, but good weekend overall. Not sure about next year though.

I also had the company of these guys on the way home.

One of them gave me a little wave as he went past and disappeared into the distance. I was doing 95 kph, don't know what they we doing.

The GPS was showing 95 and I didn't get stopped, so I reckon it was correct.

Wow, interesting!
Very fine and seldom bike together with a nice VW sidecar with split window. Perfect time match I guess.

That set-up of Craig's, motor bike, sidecar and teardrop caravan combination, must be at least 18 year old by now and is one of the best around.

There comes a time....
I was going through our tent/ camping stuff a few months ago with a vague idea of maybe dumping some of the more ratty, old stuff and buy a new small tent after seeing a couple of ads for some "Vango" tents....
but couldn't find the enthusiasm to actually get serious about it.
